The Office of Foreign Labor Certification (OFLC) is hosting three one-day briefings to update H-2A program participants and other interested parties on the H-2A Final Rule, published on February 12, 2010.
These sessions will be held on the following dates:
Attendees are strongly encouraged to download and print out a copy of the
briefings materials listed below. Because these briefings will be held very
soon, the Department may not be able to provide all attendees with copies of
the briefing materials.
